The 3.1 acre site is located on the Bedale to Northallerton Road on the outskirts of Leeming bar. A development of c. 50,000 sq.ft is planned with extensive landscaping and car parking for 30+ cars.

The development will include a mix of units suitable for a variety of businesses including B1(c), B2 and B8 uses.

The site has good access to the A1(M) and is within 10 miles of Darlington, Richmond and Northallerton. There is currently no firm timescale for the development but planning permission has been submitted and it is anticipated that work will commence within the next 12 to 24 months.
